2014 Heli Phenomenon
Fri. Sept. 12th – Sun. Sept. 14th

We will have much more information in the following weeks so save the dates and check back here for updates.

Last year was a big success with over 100 registered pilots, a world class group of sponsored pilots, terrific night flying, and a huge raffle courtesy of our sponsors.

We have space for RV’s (no hookups),

The location will be the same as the last 6 years. The entrance to the field is located across the street from 408 Elm St., Mansfield, MA 02766.
There is a map on the NEHC web site www.Nehelicrew.com and we will be posting more information about the event at http://www.nehelicrew.com/phenomenon.

I agree! I can't wait to attend this year, but I really wish someone at NEHC would get some info out to the masses. The event is a blast, but I had the same complaint last year...they really need to have someone on top of updating the website and/or their Facebook page more regularly. Hell, their Facebook page hasn't had any posts made to it since the end of last years phenom

. I'd love to know what the schedule is, what factory pilots are planning on flying, and anything else that we might be interests in.

I am sorry to inform everyone that due to illness to some of the Phenom organizers we have decided to cancel this years Phenom.
Due to the fact that some people have made travel plans already we will have a low key funfly on Saturday September 13th. And by low key we mean we will be opening the field to anyone that wants to come and fly but we will not be supplying food or holding a raffle. AMA membership will be required to fly.
It was not an easy decision to make but we all agreed if we don’t go all in it would be better to call it this year and do it up right next year. So we are going to Schedule Phenom 2015 for the same weekend in September.

Even though we have officially cancelled the Phenom this year, we have heard from a few friends who are planning to show up anyway!

Just so we have an idea of how many guests to expect, please reply on this thread if you plan on flying with us on Saturday.
