Default Prostar Hobbies customer support
Most posts are from people with problems and this are typically negative in tone. I wanted to post about my recent very positive experience with Prostar's customer support.

I recently purchased a Warp 360 which let it's magic smoke escape during its first test spool up. Bad motor which took out my koby esc as well. Prostar barely even blinked. They replaced the motor and gave me a loner esc while koby is in for warranty. They even shipped it 2nd day express! Definitely above and beyond in my opinion.

They will definitely get my business in the future.

+1 Prostar is great! My Atom 500 had some issues ( all self inflicted)

First kit I built with my noob skills and didn't have a clue as to what the causes or fixes might be!

Adam bent over backwards to help me trouble shoot the issues and get her up and flying great!

Great support for sure and great people!
