Default Swash bearing replacement

I picked up a used swash plate for a trex 500 and although there is absolutely no slop in the bearing at all, it doesn't feel smooth when I rotate it.
Is it possible to disassemble the swash and replace the bearing? Has anybody done this before?

ive tried, not successfully. the top and bottom halves are threaded together. after that is taken apart you can press the bearing out the bottom. i damaged it trying to unscrew it, whatever they use to fix the pieces together works well. i don't think i tried heating it which probably would help.
