Wondering how to know if new servos are in the right position. Over corrected in a reverse hover and crashed on my 8th time flying. Only flown simulator until I got a 300CFX for Christmas.

Power up the servos and with throttle hold on, level the swash with 0 degree blade pitch. The servo arm should be 90 degrees to servo and swash plate should be level

Thanks for the tip. Never would've guessed that this hobby was this technically involved. I'm an HVAC technician and love to work on things that are a challenge. I watched a few videos and got it back flying. I'm being alot more careful.
