I paid last Friday and not a word from them. Sent an email and no response ..Called and I can't leave a message because their mailbox is full.

should I file wiht paypal ?

i dont know if that email was used. I used their online contact form to email them. I will try the email you mentioned

I would say a couple months now. When I had a faulty thread on one turnbuckle he even called me within hours I reporting it and we chatted for a bit. Really nice guy. He's sent me free stuff b4 as well just as a thank you. I use his turnbuckles on all my builds. He should get back to you

I just used him a couple of weeks ago....Ordered my turnbuckle on Thursday or Friday morning......Very Minimual communication....very minimumal...but the turnbuckles showed up fine on Tuesday afternoon......

Not sure if I will purchase from him or not, but the merchandise was fine and it came quick......

I did eamial him at that David@.....address and he did respond several hours later but again it was jsut a few words......

I always feel better when there is enough communication.....

but his merchandise like I said was just fine.
