If you want to understand, I recommend spending some time in the VBar Control forum and definitely watch the videos posted introducing the radio and the vstabi setup videos. The claim that it offers nothing other radios can't do already is simply incorrect. That's not a personal attack, just indicates a lack of awareness of the full range of VBar Control functionality.

I'm unsure of where that information came from, but I don't believe it is accurate.

VBar Control is an all-encompassing proprietary system designed to work with (and only with) VBar flybarless systems. It is fully integrated in a way that no other FBL unit can currently accommodate and continues to expand on the depth/breadth of that integration. It is not the radio for everyone, and doesn't claim to be. But for those VBar faithful who believe in the Mikado way, it is a natural fit.

That's the least fun part of a build :-) especially on a logo.

With stock tail case everything is ok. With spedix case shaft lengths is too much. When slider moved to the stop at tail case, links lie on shaft , so I use spacer

Same issue with my 600 se. I just set up the end limits from hc3sx. Can you put some detailed pics of your spedix that you use spacer?

I use two spacers. First to make slider going easy, becouse align bearing holder is bigger, second to reduce slider movement. You can change tail limits, but I think a spacer is more reliable.
I cut spacer which is on a tail shaft a little with a rasp to reduce its thickness and put some glue to fix a spacer on a shaft

I was running my tail gain quite high to keep it locked in at low head speed and not have the tail stall out on FFF piros on my 690sx. Only trouble was with the little bit of slop in the tail mechanism, I would get a little pulsing sound from the tail at higher head speed because the gain was high and bounced between the slop in the "cup and ball" setup. So I bought the KDE Logo tail upgrade and used QuickUK tail grips (meant for an align) instead of the align grips it calls for.
I had to file down the travel stop a little on the KDE support bracket to get the same travel on the tail as before the mod.
After doing that, the tail is awesome now at both high and low head speed. I'm running 100 on my tail and swash gains now and it is really locked in with no pulsing or wagging from the tail. Attached are some pics.

Hi everyone. Just finished build on my first Logo. Decided to add a 480 Xxtreme to my growing collection. I ordered the kit with motor & blades, but added a Skookum 540 & a Kontronik 100lv esc & a Fusuno canopy. Did a quick test hover in back yard, but first full flight tomorrow. Hope you like the pics
