You can run the 2010 on 4s with 16t pinion... That's what the stretch is on, im going to try if a flat curve is better or gov mode

I like to run flat curve with 450 sized helicopters.

i do as well... icrberg said on his 75% got him 3050 rpm... so im thinking 85% flat probably would be close to 3500 since his is stretched

Just to make a suggestion.

If you guys have the stock motor, 2580kv. With a little bit of tinkering you basically can convert it for 6S use. The stock motor if I'm correct, is a scorp 2221-12 motor, which has a "delta terminated" winding. If you have a friend or know someone who wind their own motor, he/she should be able to help you convert it to "wye terminated" winding, which will have kv value = 2580 divide by 1.73 = 1490kv. It's not easy but doable.

The scorp-1630 I have was originally a -10(actually more of a 1725kv, when I tested it). And I also did it on -12, thinking I might try 8S set up on a 450Pro. It may take an hour or more to get it done and requires patience.
