Probably from the different governed headspeed every time you spooled it up without Gov Store.

I have all the servos in. I went through the vbar setup last night. I have to program the esc yet. I hooked it up got the motor turning the right direction, change two wires. Plugged it in with the throttle up heard the beeps then moved it down heard the beeps then unplugged it. Now I am trying to figure out the programing card II. What all the settings should.

So as far as I can tell watching utube on how to set it up. The settings should be ?
Timing . 18%
Cut Off. Slow Down, Lipo
Cut Off. 2.7-3.4
Cells. 6
Spec Function. Set Stop (low stick) Set Full (high stick)
Gov Mode. Freewheel on, Gov Store
Gov P Gain. .9
Gov I Gain. .5
Startup. Heli Slow
PWM. 8 KHz
Startup, Auto or 2 %

I'm pulling my hair out trying to understand the MSH (YGE) 60A v4 ESC that came with my new P500 kit. The included (and online PDF) instructions are incomplete. Question: I don't have the programming card. Is the governer mode worth using in my case? Also, how do I disable that mode? Thank you.

run the esc in govenor mode.

when you get a program card you can set uo govenor store mode.
