This is me testing my 550X. 4th flight since being built. Still tuning the gains.

By the way, this is with the 16 tooth pinion. Who said it was underpowered?

Allen has a LOT more skill than I do, but I would like to take FULL credit for talking him into giving an auto a try. He watched me shoot a TON of autos with my 550E and I finally shamed him into giving it a shot, and he realized they're a TON of fun.

Thats's how I learned to do flips and loops, at the encouragement of someone else. Once I did the first one, I couldn't stop doing them.

Yea it is great to have some encouragement form someone else. Keep at it Ed and you will be flying like you would never imagine in no time. I already see you in the 450x section giving setup help and helping others with the things you have learned in a short time

One of our local HH sponsored pilots, 11-year old Harry Driscoll (heliharry) maidened his 550X today using the 16-tooth pinion.

Have to say, I couldn't hear much in the way of bogging ...
