Default tuned pipe.

Hanson motors make tuned pipe set specifically designed for whiplash. I do not have personal experience with that one. One I have on my whiplash is Quickdraw tuned pipe and I love it. It puts out about 6.5 HP when run with TRM270 tt modified motor. If you decide to get Quickdraw tuned pipe, make sure you get the 6 inch silencer with it. It really brings down decibel level.

I tried the QD on a 290 and it did not help. The 290 seems to peak in the high 13k range no matter what is done to it. Maybe the Hanson tuned pipe will be better.

The 270's really wake up with the QD.

Be aware that tuned pipes can increase power if the complete combo is correct, but tuning needs to be spot on.

Adam has had good luck with the Hanson pipe on the 29...
That is what I would recommend you try.
