Issue with website

Having issues with website being very slow and not completing payment on order..

It is soo SLOWWW for me too. They need to move the site to a new server

They are upgrading their server and website, adding some new cool features so their site will be faster very soon.

In Helidirect website after the checkout section . i always have this message in PayPal.

"Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant."

Some minutes ago I place two orders with my paypal account in ExperienceRC and AlignTrexStore due to problem in HD...., so, it's not a problem of PayPal account.

Sorry HD , the old website was very friendly with us.

Send them an email to sales@helidirect.com and they will be sure to fix the issue soon.
Yes, the old website may be more friendly. I asked HD once why they decided to upgrade their website & system while everything is good at that moment, they said they want to have more cool features to support their customers, like new review/discuss, Q&A in product, reward point system, review blog, RC news page, smarter product filters and search tools so customer can find the product they need easier... so they take the risk and upgrade their website & system.
