My recent problem with HeliDirect is the fact that they CLAIM they have parts in stock. I order them, I put a rush on the order, and TWO DAYS later I find that some of the parts are not in stock. This drives me nuts. Now granted, they ship what does happen to be in stock, but then I'm stuck waiting for what seems like forever to get the parts that I originally thought was in stock.

HeliDirect screwed up my most recent order, once again. This time, I ordered a KDE 112T HD Slant main gear for my 700. They sent a KDE 115T HD Straight cut. And of course, the one I ordered is now showing out of stock.

I'm basically fuming now...
