Makeshift tool
In my effort to remove hex screws holding landing skids I noticed my screw driver fit some screws and not others.
I experimented with xacto blade. I remove portion of blade tip and used file to bring new tip to size . See sketch. Reworked blade was clamped into in xacto holder to keep fingers away from blade edge. Have not tried this on screws with loctite. |

I too have made use of such a tool as well! I actually purchased a screwdriver and filed down the sides to make a perfect fit... it worked great on a few screws where the Hex Driver would not grab.
