Good to see another one in BC!
There's a diagram in the back of the manual for the YGE wires. You go into Sensor 2s with the ESC wire which says progcard, and the other one goes to your throttle channel which varies depending on rx setup (I just went from the wiring guide in the VBar manual for the throttle side. The pic in the manual shows you the correct orientation of the progcard cable into Sensor 2 (which if I recall correctly meant the servo connector was 'upside down'). Cheers, Ant

I'll see if i can find the left over shims i bought. Packed away somewhere i'm sure.
Did you look at the TT drive gear out back ? What's your opinion ? Aus , how's the XX running ? Get many flights in yet ? Mine is still just looking pretty right now , One of my gen ace packs has a dead cell and i need to send it back for replacement (of which there is no stock ). Hoping to get to it soon. martin

I just got the two packs through it a couple of weeks ago, then I had to go back to Aus to see the family for 10 days. I'm back now so working on soldering up my next 2 packs of Gens Ace at the moment. Hoping for decent weather this weekend.
I really don't know if my tail box is OK or not. It seems pretty good, just a little bit of backlash. I got some of those shims that Rob McQuillen is selling but haven't put them in yet - I need to have a close look and decide if I need them or not. I'm also going to re-check the front tt box after Fredrik posted that video about the adjustment in setting the gears - I think mine was pretty good but can't check it without pulling out the electronics tray. Cheers, Ant

I was thinking of shimming my tail drive gear also.
Does that shim kit come with lots of shims ? If there is some extra's , maby i can buy a few from you. I spent one night having a close look at the tail drive gears and it does appear the alignment of the gears is out a slight bit and the McQuillen shimming idea would be the best solution. Bringing the tail drive gear over a slight bit would center up the gear a bit. It doesn't look like much but i think the gear teeth can engage far more before they get tight. I finally got a RMA number on my one gen ace pack. There is no stock available to replace it though. Does anyone know where i could get another pack ? Martin
