Default N5C TT Parts Count

Hey guys.. Help me out here.. I'm starting my sub assemblies and ran across a discrepancy from what I actually have and what's listed in the manual.. The anti rotation pin in the swash shows a small brass spacer & 3 bearings being held to the swash via a m3x16 socket head.... What I physically have is a longer brass spacer, 1 bearing, & a m3x12 socket head. Now as I said I'm just doing the break down and cleaning so I can loctite this assembly & move on.. So I haven't got the frame up to install the guide to know if it works like this or not... Anyone have suggestion?

What you have is correct. In the older N5C manual, the drawing looks like this:

I'll let Matt know about the discrepancy.

We do 12hr shift in the regular.. Usually we work mon, tues, fri, sat, & sun.. Then the following week we work the days we had off the previous... So 3 days one week & 4 days the next... But we have this new computer system(SAP) installed and it's giving production a fit. I don't have much of an issue with it.. But I'm taking advantage of it as much as they let me.

SAP is the German's revenge on the rest of the world for losing the two world wars.
