TREX 450 Total G setup Hitec radio

Hi All,

This is my first post, I have tried to resolve my issues without resorting to posting but, I'm stuck. All the video posts seem to be lost links, so I'm reaching out for help. I've been building quad and octo aerial phot platfors for a while but I've got myself hooked on small heli's in the meantime. So I've got some nice kit that I'm trying to use for both like the Hitec kit etc. I do find this might make things a little more complex when setting the heli up.

I have:

TREX 450 helicopter
CY Total G fc11 firmware
HiTec cyclic servos
Align DS420 Tail servo
RJX Flybarless head
Hitec Aurora 9 TX
Hitec Optima 7 RX

I'm struggling with the whole setup, I've tried to follow the (pretty vague) instructions, but I was hoping to be able to download the 450 settings for the heli/radio from CY, but again I'm struggling to find any support.

I could really use some base settings to work from, I would even like to check my radio setup, I have set the Swash to 1 servo 90 deg, no mixes etc. Then radio type 'JR' in the FC software. This is all I have changed so far but the servos are going crazy - I'm guessing this is just the nor/rev on one channel but not sure.

I should explain I never had this setup as flybar, so this is from scratch and my first build of a heli anyway.

Any help or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
