You can get it in fiberglass but not in the original light plastic. To me the new poly ones look stupid!

Makes sense now, didn´t know the original was polycarbonate. And agreed, the "Shamu" one looks too weird. Wish there was a clear one without the blots.

I guess this is a matter of personal preference, but I actually like the look of the Shamu canopy. Not only that, but what I like even more is that it's super light and nearly indestructible. Mine has already survived two crashes and a dead drop off the bench (while mounted on the heli) with just minor dents. The fact that it's painted on the inside makes it essentially scratch-proof.

Not to cause an argument but i think that the shamu canopy makes the heli look like a child's toy. To each their own.

LOL. Perhaps that's why I like it.

Nothing wrong with that. It's just personal preference.

Got my new to me 500 today and got it thrown together for a Eurotrash family pic. Need to get rid of the yellow legs and decide on what FBL she will get.

I couldn't resist when I saw it on Photobucket. I'm not even sure why people blur plates out, but everybody else is doing it, so what the hell.

Hi Guys,
I was out with boys from work and one of my work photographers managed to capture these nice pics of my Mini while on Flinders Beach. I should have a video up soon, it's a sweet background.
