Well seanh now owns my nitro 90 so he'll have to post that one. What I have now is this:
E-conversion going into what was a nitro scale. Test flying the mechanics now. Should do the stuffing this weekend if all goes well.

Wow,thats awesome .Was it hard to change to electric and how did the test flight go?
Heres my other Raptor 90,was a R60 but I changed everything .Im putting a new Ring in the OS 70SZ-H so I took the carb and stuck it on a TT90.Did a test run with it and she runs awesome with it the OS carb but has a raspy sound at idle.Im putting the OS 70 back in as soon as the ring gets here but I wanna do a few more test runs with the TT 90/OS carb first. The power is awesome,no bog or anything but the raspy (ding, ding, ding) might not go away.Come on guys, post some pics please .

Here's my 60 with the OS-70. This was when she was still in all stock form with the wood blades, stock paddles and tail blades. I just put a new 'hardened' flybar on, of course have the KBDD paddles and tails, and put in the hard Red dampeners, new spindle and blade grips. I had a lot of slop in one of the blade grips, now its solid as new. My old flybar was bent pretty good (didn't look to bad on the heli, but when I took it off and rolled it on the table---holy crap!! Im surprised I didn't shake the heli apart!) I also bought a new blade balancer and rebalanced my blades. I've yet to fly it with the new parts, but weathers supposed to be good this weekend so fingers crossed! Now I'm pricing out a Mini Titan. I just seem to keep coming back to Thunder Tiger when 'shopping around'! A 50 and a 90 hopefully after that!

Conversion wasn't hard. Lots of info on that over at RR and RC Groups. I did a 7 minute hover yesterday and only used 2000mah. With 5000 available, I should get close to a 14 minute flight. The fuse will add some weight, so to be conservative, 10-12 minute flights will be possible and still be very easy on the batts. That actually surprised me. Thought my flight time would be less. I could have used 4000 mah batts and saved some weight and money.

Here is how it fits in the fuse. Plenty of room, but once the nose is on, I only have access through the right side window which I have set up to pop on and off. So, every connection needing access had to be in that vicinity. The nose is held on with 16 small screws and taking it on and off really isn't an option. Batterys will be charged in the heli. Looking at about a 45 minute turn around time (after cooling) with an 8 or 9 minute flight.

AFjetmech,Can't wait to see some shots of it in the air or maybe a video .I love the scale body you have, black/white airwolf and the Cobra .

TCipolla,
Get them pics coming haha .I have a new fiberglass canopy and wanna paint it but not sure of the colors yet but once I do i'll post some pics.I also wanna get some in the air shots smacking it around some this weekend .

I really hope this thread gets going for pics, seems like theres only a hand full of us posting in the TT 60/90 section.I guess theres not much to talk about when we fly helis that don't fall apart haha .

Here's a vid of it as a nitro. Not real scale flying, but I was having fun with it.
