Default Can someone shed some light on these readings

So in another thread I was asking about voltage checkers. Found out my I-Charger 106b could do it so tested each battery. Here's the numbers I came up with. Would someone please be willing to share some insight into what my readings came up with in relation to the battery and if I'm having a charging issue since the numbers are off.

Batteries are Pulse 300MAh 7.4V 30C

Battery # Cell1 Cell2 Cell1 IR Cell2 IR charge state
1 4.17 3.8 125 207 fully charged
2 3.92 3.93 144 240 not charged (dies 30 sec in)
3 3.78 4.03 202 259 fully charged
4 3.78 4.07 136 209 fully charged
5 3.8 3.8 173 265 just flown

Battery 2 and 5 have been giving less flight time. I have my timer set for 4 minutes. Battery 2 dies 30 seconds into flight, #5 is only giving me 2:30 flight time.

I am pretty sure you are charging without balance.
In fully charged batteries, both cells should be very close to 4.20.

IR values seem quite high, indicating not vey good battery state, but that is not a precise science, readings differ between chargers.
Do you store batteries at storage voltage when you don't fly them?

I do use the balance charge and a parallel charging board when I charge them and usually charge at 1C. I wasn't aware until recently that you are supposed to put them in a storage charge when not in use. So went probably 7 months without doing so. Guessing that might have something to do with it?

Should I run each battery through a discharge then charge each one individually to try and get them back in balance or is it a lost cause at this point?

You could try that but your batteries are probably dead
