Since I'm using the same pack each time, gov store isn't really necessary? I mainly use it with YGE in order to have auto bailout.

So from what I can see, a progdisk isnt necessary if I'm not using the BEC or any complicated gov function right?

Rossk Mode 1 learns the throttle path and resets the ESC and BEC to defaults.

what is the default BEC output voltage of the Kosmik 160HV ? i have the Outage Servos 9180 and 9188, i know the more voltage you have the faster the servo will be running, is the default voltage of the BEC enoght for my outage servos ?

Just a confirmation, so i need only to configure Mode 1 and Mode 4, i have a Goblin 770 with HC3-SX Gyro, and a futaba 8FG Super.

I guess the Throttle have to be REVESED as on all other BEC too..

One last question, for mode 4 in the manual it say to use a 2 postision switch, low position set to 0% and position 2 to 100%, i tought i only have to put the throttle stick to 0, and then push it to 100% after 4 bips, i am a little confused.

thanks !

Yes throttle is always reversed on anything Futaba.

My kosmik 160HV is now at mode 4, so autorotation bailout will be enable by default ?

i know manual talk about 25% on the transmitter, does it mean my normal mode have to be at 25-25-25-25-25 ? i i should use the throttle hold before take off ? and switch to normal, then turn off the throttle hold ? after takeoff switch to idle1 ?

here is what i have now setup on my transmitter

Nomal 0-55-55-55-55 (~1300rpm)
IdleUp1 75-75-75-75-75 (1688rpm)
IdleUp2 80-80-80-80-80 (1830rpm)
IdleUp3 85-85-85-85-85 (1945rpm)

Hi
No you have picked it up a bit wrong and confused yourself.

When you go to the Throttle Hold menu in your transmitter it has a value, normally 0. It is in this menu that you put the 25% value.

Leave your values for throttle curves as you had them, ensure Normal starts at zero and goes to a straight line thereafter:
0,55,55,55,55 is ok.

What radio do you have? I only ask as the % for JR/Spektrum is 25% but Futaba is 30%

Kind regards
Stuart

Default Kosmik setup video

Or you can keep throttle hold as throttle hold, and instead make one of the flight modes your auto rotation mode, 25% flat curve.
So you will flick into this mode, do your auto, hold when landed.
To bail out, flick back to one of your other modes.

I am super quick to hit TH when something goes wrong(reflex), so I want to maintain that.

I couldn't agree more with that statement. I even though about mixing another switch with hold but your idea sounds just as good, and a lot simpler.
