Fury 55 to Furion 6 Conversion Kit
Hello to All,
I am looking at buying ang building the Fury 55 , I am also interested in the Furion 6. Like to try both glow and elec, on the same air frame, has anyone tried the conversion kit if so let us know what you think about it. |

As nicely as the Fury 55 flies-I have an OS 55HZ-H running 30% Torco or Coolpower. It flies "BIG"- and sips fuel compared to my TRex700 with an OS91HZR. I can't imagine having to charge the large batteries to power the furion 6. I know the frames are completely different so it isn't a simple conversion.
Build quality is top notch. Harder to build than an Align product, but the machined components are absolutely beautiful. RC heli has test flown both and the mainframes are very different with the Furion 6 having the elevator servo in front of the swash. Both were written up extensively. I'm running SAB 620mm blades and couldn't be happier. The MA X-cell Fury 55 has a great design with engine removals extremely simple. I flew my 55 for over 3 hours last week and the ability to keep pumping in fuel and relighting the fire without even removing the canopy made me forget about hours babysitting Lipo's. No conversion for me.
