Default Microheli Blade Grips question

Has anyone installed the Microheli blade grips and if so whats the order of O-ring, shims, and washers you have used? I have it from the shaft: O-ring, step washer, 3 shims, step washer, grip and it has a shake to it... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try using only two shims, I think that is what I use. Let us know if that helps.
Too many shims will make the head too stiff and make it wobble

Ok. Just to clarify, O-ring, step washer, 2 shims, step washer, grip?
Do you use the step washer against the O-ring?

I'm confused about those step washers. I thought they were meant to go on either side of the bearing in the grip. I just re-build the head on my SR the other day and I don't remember there being more than four step washers, enough to go on either side of each bearing. I put it back together with the thin plain washers (shims?) between the O-rings and the grip. Seems to fly fine... that's with stock grips and the microheli hub, which has 2 o-rings on each side.

So I put the mh grip next to the stock grip and realized that the distance from the end of the bearings on the mh grip is further than the distance on the stock grips... So when I would do said mentioned order of o-rings and shims the feathering shaft was not even close to being flush with the bearings on both ends of the grips.. The only way I seemed to get it close was by using this order: O-ring, step washer, grip, step washer, washer, bolt. This just doesnt seem right but Its smooth with no vibration. And it seems to be pretty responsive. I'm also using #005 O-rings with a 90 durameter rating. they fit perfect and you can get 100 of them for around $6 online. These are the grips I'm using:
