Great job.

Did you make them using a Dremmel?

Yes, first I put some masking tape on, then drew the holes on it, then I used a small drimmel bit to cut them out, I cut them under size and then went back with a barrel bit ( the stone type) the same size as the finished holes, that made it easier to keep the size consistent, removed the tape and just cleaned up some of the ruff areas.

Thanks for the reply.

In particular, what small dremmel bit you used?

I'll post some pics of the bits I used either tonight or tomorrow. The one I used to ruff cut the hole was just a rotory file about the same diameter as the chuck, I think that's 1/8".

Ok, that would be great. According to your description, it should be a round bit with diamond particles on it.

No it just has teeth on it like a regular file, but it's round. They are sometimes called de-burring bits, not sure it that's how it's spelled though.

So it should be a Tungsten Carbide Cutter.

I've attached a picture to confirm.

Something like that would be fine. Doesn't have to be anything special, it's only fiberglass. Just have to watch it doesn't grab while cuting, but if its spinning fast enough you should have a problem with that.
