Had an issue with an order and just wondering if they are easy to deal with or are they difficult. BTW - the problem is really not a big deal, I'm just not in the mood for an argument.

Thanks for the quick replies. Honestly, a $28.00 order is not worth me loosing sleep over. i just want what i ordered and don't want a hassle to get it right.

I am sure they will make good on it, just wanted to know if they are good to deal with.

I think the true measure of a company is tested WHEN you have a problem with an order or an issue with the merchandise.

For me Pro Star Hobby (Mike) gets A+++++++ when I had a problem. He really went above and beyond to make me happy and now has a VERY loyal customer. I will never hesitate to purchase from them and will make sure I continue to do so just to support this company. It was really nice to have such great customer support AFTER the sale.

This is honestly the first time I have ever written about any company but I thought it was important to relay my experience.

Mike & ProStar are a top notch group of people, they treat their dealers (they're the NA distributor for Compass) no different than their retail customers.

I called this morning and they said no problem, they will send out the missing items today. Very good service. No questions, nothing. Just okay and we will send them out. A+

This has been my exact experience with Mike and ProStarHobby.

RCHeliCanada is also great. This is one reason why I have settled on building and flying Compass helicopters... excellent support from dealers and also from the regulars here at the Compass Forums.

The only thing I have to add is that Mike once sent me the links off his personal Atom 500 when he didn't have any packaged ones in stock. It got me flying and that was the important thing.

Has a problem with my Atom head mailed it in, fixed it sent it back fast GREAT service, no worries!

Sent an e-mail (after hours) asking for help getting this 7HV I bought.. No sure how the guy before me had his thing flying. But I am 99% there!

I bought new links (02-0709S), not realizing the tail pushrod uses a different links (02-0709). He responded ASAP - not expected but very appreciated.

Will call tomorrow to figure out what I else I may need to get this bird up and flying right.
