WAY COOL!

ive had a few guys look at my mds and think they would be a great setup for scale helis because the hole heli, servos and running gear is just the top half and really easy to mod into a air frame...i guess we will see.

Thanks danny. yeah, its pretty cool to see it flying😆

Yeah steve. Kind of one piece! Had the belt pull the teeth off when i was tuning it. Doing some ali tic tocs. The new belts came , with some larger pullys to try and i will fit a belt tensioner as well. Hope to have it ready for the fun fly in a couple of weeks.

Also tipped my other md over......only skids and a ding in the main blade as damage. And a crack in the cano....but thats what happens when you try autos on you first flight in months

Wow I think that may be a first, a stretched 6, at least that's the first one I've seen. Have you flown it, how does it perform?

Flys just fine! I'm sure my meager flying skills will never test its limits...
I mainly did it as an experiment...My Chaos 600 flys fine as a 700, so I figured why not? If a Chaos can do it, CERTAINLY an MD can do it...if not BETTER!!! Which it does.

Let me be clear...ONLY two areas I found my 600's lacking in comparison to 700's....Visibility, and autos.

In both stretches....mission accomplished...so much so, the Chaos is now gone on to a new owner. The MD6/7 is now my only heli.

...have recently acquired a video camera....so will try to get up a video soon

Jamie
