Question Push/pull bellcrank cyclic servo setup

I have built about 15 heli kits but not a system like this that uses a push/pull method for cyclic interaction with the swash. I just read over the manual and a bit confused. The manual shows using a circlular horn with the holes for the horn drilled offset from the center a bit. Now when mounting the horns are the holes then aligned forward or back? Picture looks like aligned forward for pitch and ail, but back for ele. Should I watch a Finless build video of a heli that uses this type of setup. I want to get this right and not guess.
