Question PS1 FMTS 3X Pro V3 "911"

First of all I'd like to thank everyone for your continued support in the AP world.

Equipment:
Photoshipone FMTS
3X Pro V3 Gimbal
Tarot ZYX-GS Gimbal Stabilization System

I'm looking for help setting up my ZYX-GS on my PS1 setup but am having really bad luck. It seams no mater where I set my gains at on the Tarot software the gimbal shakes (Vibrates) so violently and fast that it is burning up the 360 servos.. Naturally it would be in my greater interest to keep my zyx-gs and get it working.

Again I thank everyone for any and all help.

I have contacted DJ and quite to my surprise his costomer service is second to none. However the ZYX-GS is still not working. The gimbal continues to shake loke a turbo charged vibrator. Again anu and all help os greatly appreciated. Thank you to all.

Hi starfox9,
I have had ZYX-GS cook servos and familiar issues with a similar setup to yours.
I figured the servos were not compatible (no matter what refresh rate was assigned) and I have replaced them with Align DS 510s all modded to continuous rot. (I had them lying around).
The refresh rate has to be assigned to slowest. 50hz.
Now my mount behaves better but still has different issues like jerking once in a while during flight. One thing for sure the roll axis is way too slow with such a high reduction due to being belt driven. I am looking into replacing the roll servo with fast servo with high refresh rate (which is necessary for stabilization).
You can try connecting only the servos one at a time (to see how they behave) on the work bench before going with the mount. This method is more manageable.
Good luck.
Ahmet

Unplug your gimbal control. Fly and record. Does it shake?

When you say shake, more detail would help. Maybe video clips?

What camera and lens combo? When running tilt does it begin to shake?

Helicek: thank you so much for the help...I finally got it working decent...in general I the better servos will make 100% deference.

Pc3associate: the issue is simply the gimbal and zyx-gs set up. No camera, and not it flight...

Thank you to all. I really appreciate all of the help
