Which head dampeners do you prefer
Hey folks,
Just a little survey, It would be great to know which head damperners do you fly and whats your setup and flying style. There are 4 dampereners out there. 1. The stock msh dampeners ( 3 o-rings) 2. The stock msh damperners (one black piece) 3. The hard red msh dampeners (one red piece) 4. The Lynx ultra dampeners ( a white piece with an o-ring) there are a version 1 and 2, but i dondt know the difference. So to break the first ground... at the moment im flying the lynx urltra dampeners (No.4) and imo it flys really nice with them. My flight style is, prioflips, tic tocs, hard loops, funnels etc. not a smacker but intermediate 3d. But the feeling is a way better compared to the stock dampeners (No.2). very direct and agile. Before the lynx i tried the hard red msh dampeners and i do like them too. For know, i dont know if i stay withe the lynx or if i switch back to the red msh... So i hope you share your experience with us.... cheers |

I'm glad I read this, I've got a set of lynx ultra dampners in my parts box, I was contemplating waiting till the next plow job but I may try them out today now!
I'm currently using stock msh I piece dampners #2 (haven't tried any others) but I've got 118 packs on them with 1 inverted plow job on pack #85 so I'm sure there's a little more to be desired. On a side note I've also got a stretch kit with rjx fbl 470mm blades waiting to be installed but I think I will wait till the next crash to install it so I'm not so heart broken next time I crash since the Prôtos is currently my flagship bird.

I flew 1,2&4 on my stock P500. My favorite are 4, but they wear out too quick and become sloppy. I do want to try the red MSH dampers next, but the 3 o-rings were always very good for me. Never much liked the one piece MSH black dampers.
