Default 105 tail blades on 6003d 10s

So I put the 105s on and notice the tail was louder, that is expected, flew it and it just sounded a little louder than I expected, so I plugged it to the spectrum analyzer with 105s and it read 1084, now I put the 95s on there and it read 890.

I did it with all edge blades 2 sets of 95 and 2 sets of 105 and the 95s where in between 890 and 940 and the 105s where between 1084 and 1130, My question is, is this normal or no?

I don't know. Did you balance them?

You need to take the tail hub off and put it on a prop balancer with the blades installed.

No i didn't balance them, Can I get one local like harbor freight who carries them? but If I put them on a prop balancer, with them on the prop, how exactly are you doing this? spin it and see where it stops? Where do I shave the extra weight off?

Just wanting to point out a possible issue... isn't spinning 105's on a 600 at typical 600 headspeeds (1900+ rpm) asking for a failure of the stock tail grips?

Just looking out for the longevity of your 600... I hope you're running a Quick UK or RJX tail assembly.

Yes I thought that people were using quick uk tails with 105 on there 6003d at 2100 to 2200, and thanks for the advice.

Just like that. The prop hub is the tail rotor hub.

Don't do the second part, where they balance the hub. It's impossible to get the blades perfectly straight. They will straighten themselves in flight... CGs will swing straight out.

I just put tracking tape on the blades to balance them tip-to-tip.
