You may also use some Align canopy alignment rubber stiffeners. They keep the Diabolo canopy perfectly centered and off the swash links. Even while in flight in hard maneuvers, wind, whatever... Nice and solid.

Thanks for that! Turns out I have same issue with checkered canopy. Great idea. Hope it does the trick

I applied the same method for canopy clearance using Align canopy spacers except one hole in as I don't have the 3rd bearing support. Was just enough to get clearance for my checkered canopy while also just clearing servo link rods

Bump, for a great idea!
I stumbled across this old thread and love the idea.
I do a lot of high speed funnels & sideways flight and have been trying to think of a way for the canopy to resist swash interface from side pressure.
Going to try this.
