Default Changing presets

I am just curious if anyone here changes the presets on thier chargers to reflect the battery that they are charging. For example instead of Accurate charge have it set to 6s5000 liposuction or even the name of the plane that battery goes with? I came from Hyperion chargers and each preset was set up per battery or whatever that battery was used for.

The default presets are very well thought out and require no customization for normal use. I successfully used the default presets for years.

In the last year or so I tried to optimize my charging workflow and now have a few custom presets that I created and use all the time.

I took the first three presets (accurate, fast, and high power) in the default list and modified them as follows:
  1. I set the charge current 3C (13.2A) for the 4400mAh packs I'm using.
  2. I set the charge termination voltage to 4.15V/cell.
  3. I set the charge termination current to C/3.
  4. I renamed them for my use.
If you're new to the PowerLab I'd recommend initially using the defaults to get a feel for how they work and then modify as necessary.

I would be nice if you could change the charge current during a charge on the CSS software.
