well I got the heli all set up and it flys great. By my 9th flight I got it inverted(4 times in that battery) . I am now on my 16th flight and did 3 loops one right after another on flight 15. Flight 14 was a mild crash(didnt even break the blades) I took my eyes off it for a 1/2 a second and lost orintation and down she went. bent main shaft and broke a tooth off the gear. So not to bad. Hope to have my figure 8s down with a little more practice(its the nose in that scares me ) Thanks again for all the help guys

My brother got a 7C(heli version) for his 450 too. Only b/c his 6ex somehow quit binding??? The recievers blink green seeing a signal but wont bind to it?? OH well the &c is a much better radio and it has a built in timer which helps

Glad you got it figured out E-Fantastic.
I have the 9 CAPs and still cant figure out how to program the different Idles.
I know how to change the points, but they ALL CHANGE not matter what position the switch is in????
I have both the manual and after market book on the 9C and I just cant grasp the logic to program steps to set the conditions individually???
Will appreciate any help offered.

You have to enable idle up positions.
Go into your throttle curves under advanced menu (you must do it in advanced menu) and go up to flight mode, scroll across to idle up 1 and then where it says INH, change to OFF. Then flick the switch to where it says ON and that is the position of your idle up. Then go to your pitch curves under advanced and you can go to modes and scroll across to change the pitch curves.
Hope that helps!
