ESC throttle response
I just upgraded my UFLY with the 3-cell hot rod modification from wowhobbies and while it is great I'm having issues with the throttle response. The motor doesn't spin up until the throttle stick on my wk-2402 tx reaches 32%, and then it has another 5-10 mins time to drain the 11.1v 2200mah battery at just an idle speed. I tested the stock equipment for the UFLY and noticed the same problem - 24% throttle stick before motor spin-up. Wowhobbies replied that the I may be able to 'reprogram the end points of the esc', but I've yet to locate any info on how to do this or any other remedy. Please help

i noticed this on my uflys only it was the cyclics and what i did was went into the modset menu and lowered the travel adjustment to remove the dead space in the tx sticks...not sure if the stock tx will let you do this but the 2801 which i have will...if you need to reprogram the esc there should be info online on how to do it just might be hard to find....have you tried google ? a lot of times just searching google will get you some good leads on info...
good luck... |
