It was never the tail assembly. It was on the swash. Oscillating so bad that it cause the crash... it had been happening, that's what I was troubleshooting...

It was one too many I guess... I was increasing head speed it was doing fine 6 minutes out started again, but this time it was a little high and could not save... man that hurts...

not sure but I think it may be the beastx and gain issues on the swash... due to low head speed. This time I programmed governor mode on the ESC and see how this does. But first I have to build the heli over again... Boy did it set me back.... financially

JoseReyes, on my 500 with BeastX I have the governor active on my ESC and a flat curve with preset RPM limits for each flight mode... Has always been solid runing that way. Although the bigger motor and stock pinion has me actually running about 400 rpm faster than my IDLE2 is setup for according to the log. I need to install the smaller pinion I bought ages ago but it is so steady and fast with the current setup I enjoy it more. Maybe the governor mode will help with any variations in RPM the BeastX is fighting with gain. Just take a look at the symptoms, evaluate a solution, rebuild and test man.... all we can do. I know my day is coming soon to deal with all this so I totally know where you are coming from and where you will end up. BACK IN THE SKY!
