Default Hyperion 3.7v 550maH 1S
i just found that Hyperion has 3.7v 1S 550mAh. But I am not sure whether my mcPx (original version) can use this battery as I am using 250mAh right now.

Hyperion 550's are great batteries for a mCPX that has been converted to brushless. Not so good for a stock mCPX as the added weight negates any benefits of using a bigger battery. The Hyperions also have a JST battery connector that won't work with the stock mCPX connector. Hyperion 550's will fit in the stock battery tray with a little modification.

When brushless mCPX conversion were the rage, we would change out the connectors on Hyperions and the ESC power leads to micro Deans which have a higher amp rating then the stock connectors. IMHO, Hyperion 550's were the best battery option when running the higher powered brushless motors used in conversions.
