Thumbs up Thank you tie wrap mod

Thank you to whom ever came up with the tie wrap mod for the landing skids. I have crash 3 times since doing this mod and all 3 times my frame and skid mounts came out unscathed. Had I not done this the skid mounts would have surely broken off the frames causing me hours if rebuilding the entire heli.

Yep, that's pretty ghetto-tastic. I just want to see the rest of the heli. Are the blades held on with duct tape? LOL good show.

Lest anyone be confused if this kind of wackiness is what is meant by the zip-tie/tie-wrap mod, here is the thread.

I've had 3 crashes on my 450X and my skids (or their mounts) have never broke. Cracked the frame close to the motor mount once tho

A few more layers of duct tape, and I think you're good to go for another couple years.

I actually kinda want to see what the rest of that heli looks like. Maybe you can give DoubleCH a run for his money for most ghetto-rific heli.
