When i turn everything on it says i have v 1.54 , then the next screen says.

Use stylus or finger to touch center of each target and hold until it changes.

I do that and no respounce at all.

Even after i went back to a older firmware the screen does not respond to touch

I've not no ideas for you, but in the past when I had an issue, I just gave them a call and they walked me through some trouble shooting.

Their phone number is (301) 798 2770. I do not know what their hours are, but it won't take any effort to call and see what they can do.

During calibration tap the plus sign with your finger or a stylus. If the screen does not respond, try powering the BC from a battery with no chargers connected. Let us know how you make out.

I tryed going to the 1st firmware that didnt work

I went to 1.47 installed it and asked for a screen calibration again and worked.

I went to v 1.54 installed it and did screen calibration again all i good.
