Does this look right?

I was wondering if this looks right.
Working off the Bump app, new pulse 3s 450 mAH, 5 break in cycles.
It is registering the by-pass for the 3 cells, but only graphs the #3 cell as far as charge state.
Reason i'm asking is i'm having problems with my 180CFX. Full charge, nice spool up to HS, but after about 30 sec's, power is lost extremely fast, almost like a LVC. Pull the pack and check voltage with cell checker and all cells are still at 3.99v. I've gone thru the CC esc set-up (good), uIKON set-up (good). All connections from pack to esc, esc to motor and esc to uIKON all good.
I guess my question is, is it only sending voltage to the #3 cell and #1 and 2 are just balancing out off of the #3 cell? Should cell 1 and 2 show on the graph also?
This also happens in ACCU charge. Here i'm in Analyze.

Yep, that looks like a good healthy pack - very little balance bypass needed to equalize the cells.
You can touch the legend to enable/disable any of the the data lines, so touch C3 to hide it and you should see the other cells rendering under it.
