Default os 50 and mp 2

will i notice much difference in power? i only run magnum 12% nitro in my heli. at 9.5 degrees of pitch it bogs the motor. i have my head speed at 1850 idle up. my gear ratio is 88:1 peak bhp is 1.7 or 1.8 on the os 50 at 17000 rpms. so i am under that. my head speed would have to be 1928. but at 1900 the gear noise sounds horrible. does the mp 2 broaden that bhp range enough to cover the engine speed i want. or do i just need to up the head speed to 1900 and get all i can out of the motor. from what i have heard i wouldn't hear any gear noise with the mp 2 anyhow because it is loud.

I have no idea how it will work with 12%intro, but I know from stock to MP and 30% = ROCKET in a Raptor 50. One thing though you don't want to put the MP2 on and engine that hasn't been broken in yet.

i have 5 cases through this engine so i have that covered. i have 5 cases left of the 12% then i was going to go to 30%. i know someone has to be using 12% or 15% out there that can comment.

clintstone told me about this deal....take your 12% mix it with 30% at half and half that will give you a 21% mixture which will make your heli run great

the 30% is good but it runs to hot for the 50, you have to richen up engine to keep temp in check. the 21% allows you to lean engine out more, it runs smoother and gives you better power.

My buddy tried this at clints recomendation and man what a diffrence it makes his copter will smoke mine in the power dept.Im getting some 12% tommorow to mix with the remaining 30% i have left. Just wanted to give you a idea that works so you dont have to burn all that 12% for the next couple months

try it with 1 gallon first and youll love it

great i heard the new mp2's are falling apart. just great i guess it may be best to change my gear ratio to 9.33 for a head speed of 1820. maybe then it will quit boggen down we will see. i wounder how long it will take curtis to fix the new pipe? it looks like a new mp3 lol is in order.lol
