Thank you!

Sure is, it's running the Lynx XL boom, belt, push rod and the 275mm blades. It gets it!!!

Went back to stock skids and saved 10 grams over the old trex 450 landing gear. Used ShyGuy's zip tie attachment method.....works great. The new day-glow red fusuno tail skid weighs 3.5 grams......only one half of the stock unit......paid $1 dollar for it from the sale at ExperienceRC.

Just put that same motor in my 300CFX lynx ultra frame had it for over 2 year BNIB installed a lynx CF boom & metal tail servo mounts. Upgraded all servos using H3050 & H3060 for the tail. What size pinion r u using? p.s looks like u have the tarot blade grips on yours.

Hello Vronny.....This $8 motor is pretty good.....using an eleven tooth rhino steel pinion. I liked this tarot tail hub so bought another black one and a silver one too. Might try those spektrum servos some day. Please show some photos of your heli when you can.

Default Lynx Frame and Boom

This little guy has been done for about a year now sitting on the shelf waiting on its pilot to get off his a$$ and fly the damn thing. I`ll tell ya, I`m at the point that work, home, wife,,bills, fishing....yada yada...enough is enough. Time to do a once over on the BX and link rods and she how she`s gonna do...Yep that`s a 420 in there and I do have an esc from a stock 4503d in it so it should have plenty of grunt for now. Anyway.. Saturday is the day providing the rain stays away. Wish me luck ya`ll , been over a year since I`ve done any flying!!

Here's mine as of today.

I hope the blades will work as I like their look. I don't recall if they are flybarless blades or not or if it makes a difference.

Looks good. I haven't had much luck dyeing the skids, How'd you get them so black?

I think those blades are from a MS hornet II, which was a flybar heli, but they should fly fine for you

Hey thanks, it's a Lynx protos style canopy but unfortunately it seems to be getting harder and harder to find them, probably due to the Lynx guys focusing on the oxy line.
