Hi,
I will say it is almost impossible to by a 550X these days as most pilots who have them Love them and have bought most everything we can find. If you can get your hands on one at a decent price they are still maintainable, parts are still being supplied at this time and probably over the next couple of years. The bird gets mostly rave reviews for its size heli. Go for it, you won't be sorry.

I may be selling mine soon. I just got a 700e dfc and would like to get more batteries and a parts pool. I have never crashed the 550x and have spare parts, motor, head stuff, Odds and ends. My buddy crashed his 550x and had rekit so he got another one. After the got the new one his lhs had a 700x for sale so his wife wouldn't let him have both and that's where I picked it up. I upgraded the horizontal find with the lynx one and body mounts are the lynx screw on. Everything else is stock. Comes with revolution blades
Electonics; Castle hv 120, 20amp bec, ar7200bx, stock servos, stock motor. Thing flies great. Let me know if interested! Looking for 550 shipped
