It will show how to disconnect the DC ground in one PS.
Then you lust wire the negative from one PS to the positive of the other.
Then you get 24V from the open positive and negative terminals.
I also tapped into a 12V feed for my TP1010C.
WoodCrafter... I just finish the power supply in series the only thing that I don't understand

on there post is how do you disconnect the dc ground in one ps ? Do you have a pic?

What did you meant that you tapped into a 12V feed on your TP1010C?

It depends which PS you have but most just require the removal a 1 or 2 screws that hold down the PC board and insulating it. The screws are usually toward the output end of the PS. I just left 2 of mine out, some guys are buying plastic screws. Than you need to insulate the top of the post that the screw went into so the bottom of the PC doesn't touch the post.

When I wired them in series to get the 24V I left an extra wire on the output connection of the first PS so I can get 12V from it.
So I'm getting 12V from the first PS and 24V across both of them.

I got the ps that you gave me the link to buy it from. It really looks like yours. So I just remove the front 2 screws and places peace of plastic on one of the ps and close . The other ps I didn't remove the screws . I think I just then finish this project. If I knew how to post a pic on this forum

Here is a picture of what I did.
I threw away the 2 screws, you see that are missing.
I cut a piece of the plastic insulation that is sticking up from the PS when you remove the cover.
I glued it under the PC board and left the screws out.

I also removed the flat springs that protrude from the housing.
And that thing where you plug the cord in.

Put the cover back on and you are in business.

Did you happen to do any measuring with a voltmeter to see if you got it right?

Well, lets break it out, turn the dial to DC, 60V or any scale more than 25V.
Plug in the black and red leads that came with it.
Turn on you new PS and put the red lead on the + (red) and the black lead on the - (black) output terminals and tell us what you get.

"Houston we got a problem". Just receive the power cords , I plug it on the PS no explosion lol. But One of the power cord cable got really hot and was melting, I also notice that the cable that was melting is thinner than the other. I am not waiting again for a PS cord. Can you guys let me know what power cord cable I can buy in radio shack or other place?

Ok guys, the problem is not the cable. I try the other cable on the PS that the cable was melting and is getting hot again. The Ps power cord that is getting hot is the PS is goin to be use as the black cable (negative)t. On This PS I din't remove the 2 screws, shud I remove the screws also?.This PS in the middle connection (positive) is jump to the negative on the other PS. As is on Woodcraft picture . What can be wrong?

Lets start isolating things.
Separate the 2 PS on both the input and output sides.
Plug 1 into 120V and measure the output. Unplug it.
Plug in the second one and check it.
Plug them both in on the AC side and see what you get.
Then with both PS separated and powered up, check to see if you can measure voltage across the 2 cases.
Let me know what you get get on these things.

One other thing I thought of, is reverse the 2 PS.
If you have the first one ungrounded this will make the first one grounded and the second one ungrounded.

I didn't run across this when I made my PS but this is the way is should be.

I just reverse the 2 PS and now the cable is not getting hot good start . I measure with the voltimeter both PS running at the same time and is still giving me 12.2.

I wanted to see if you had a voltage potential across the bare cases.
If you did , that wouldn't be good.

So now can you read 24V from the both when wired in series?
