None of the Duos, or other powerful chargers, can run directly of mains (AC) power. You will need an AC->DC power supply, or if you have an available battery (like an old car battery), you could maybe use that for now.

Fortunately, there are a lot of reasonable-cost, high-quality power supplies available, at least in the US. Used computer server supplies are an excellent choice, and some can be modified easily for our needs.

A few examples to Google (including for availability in the UK) are the DPS-600PB (12V, 47A, 575W), and the DPS-1200FB (12V, 75A, 900W). These are used a lot, and there is extensive info on converting them. A single one of either supply would get you going. These can often be had for $15-20 each, shipped, in the US. I don't know about in the UK. They can run on up to 240V.
