Truthfully I dont think it would do to much but tip backward. I would have to solder like a 4 foot extension of wire into it hahaha. I was thinking of making a really long boom perhaps 10-12 inches just to see what would happen. If it really sucked, I'll cut it in half and have two booms :p.

Ok yes its not the best pic ever but it was late, and thats my second Blade SR (that was brand new and somehow had a bad tail motor, that I had to replace the tail motor on a brand new bird out of the box grr). But I decided to take the pic anyways. I love the MCPX, thought the Blade 450 was the ultimate experience, but the MCPX flies like a 450 honestly with less kick. I've had it for a week now, and it to me is the best heli I've brought (and yes everyone I love my 450 and SR, but for bang for a buck the MCPX is a winner).
Only mods on the MCPX so far is i cut some "airflow" holes into the fin, dont like the fact to be finless, and after cutting the holes ad flying in the wind the heli flies smoothly. I almost brought a carbon fin, but after this mod, just gonna extend the boom another inch and I think I will be fine. Just need a MCH swash and I'm set for the MCPX. |

With a bit of hot glue the foam from 2 mcpx boxes and an old case that a Trex 450se came in and I came up with this..
I posted this in another thread a while ago but though it would fit in here as well.
