Default Where is the Align T-Rex 500?

Any news about the T-Rex 500?

Lets see how long it will take. The good thing about the waiting Time is that i can save up some Euros .
And it lets me think that they are Designing a whole new Heli cuz else it would not take that long.

Maybe any1 got some news about it?

Regards,
Finn from Germany

Finn, My best people at Align say to look for it around September in the United States. Hope they are right.

I will bet you $100 on that!

It may be close but I doubt September! More like November is my best guess...... Well at least until the pipeline is filled to where average Joe's like us can get one!

If they pull a rabbit out of the hat fine but watching Align as much as I have, I know what they say unoficially is usually a few months longer. Case in point.... The Trex600N was TOLD to me to be out March. It took 2 more months and the pipeline is just now getting filled...

The 500 seems like a nice size heli but I couldn't wait anymore and picked up the 600. I need something I can see better then the 450 and I can't see the 500 being all the much bigger then the 450. I'm sure I'll end up with a 500 anyways just to complete the fleet.

Yeah, I didn't feel like waiting and just went for it and bought the 600. Started really thinking about it and figured i'd wait, get the 500, and still lust over a 600. Now I can fly the 600 and be happy for however long it takes to come out with the 500 and maybe just get one of those when it comes out.

I don't know about that. When I first spooled up my EP8 (400 mm blades) it seemed a WHOLE LOT bigger.

hhe, when I opened the box for my 600 after flying the 450, I said, "Holy crap is this thing big"...

When I spooled it up for the 1st time I said the same thing..

Not sure if I'm gonna get a 500 or not.. I'm kinda leaning towards a big Bergen gasser...

Ah, rumours and speculation, my specialty.
I'm betting it will be out on February 29th. HA!

We should start a pool-if we could get every one of the 33k+ Freaks to chip in a buck or two the lucky guesser would be sitting pretty.

Just saw a TRex 600 for the first time today. It's as big or bigger than my Sceadu Evo 50 (which is more than twice as big as my TRex 450). Didn't fly long though, stripped out a pinion gear at the begining of his second flight.

If a TRex 500 is even halfway between that and the 450 it should be plenty easy to see.

I have no problem waiting until the 500 is released. Then get one.

It should be a very good size, easier on my old eyes, and still flys like a T-REX. T-REX parts are everywhere as well. Good enough for me.

You must have a small EVO 50 LOL

The Evo 50 is taller and longer than my 600N and the EVO is heavier than the 600N
