Quick question,
I was thinking of getting myself a Teleporter v3(fatshark) kits for some simple FPV fun. I realise there not the most advanced kits, but just wanted to see what there like. Most vids of see on youtube seem to show people with quadcopters using it, theres no reason why my Trex 500 wont handle it is there? Also I presume I wont have any probs with my dx7s (2.4ghz) as the Teleporter is a 5.8ghz system? Is this reasoning correct?

Nope. No problem mixing 5.8ghz video and 2.4ghz radio.

As long as you can get used to flying FPV safely, it can certainly be done, and there are those out there who do it on a traditional heli vs. a multirotor.
