Thanks guys! It means a lot to know what I did is appreciated! I hope it helps!

This was our second "dusting" here in Michigan's southeast section. The difference this time is that it's cold and staying cold for a bit. I went to Tim Horton's (Canadian's should know!) this morning for breakfast biscuits (way better than McDonald's)... the end of the sub here, crossing at the main road, is nothing but a sheet of ice. Thankfully, there were no cars coming!

Bob O lives the state of Superior (really still Michigan--but named from the UP as a state movement--I used to call it Peninsulavania) and he gets hammered by snow all the time up there. I remember a picture he took a couple of years ago and I can't imagine having that much snow! My little snow thrower would die!

Happy Holidays! (No driving to work for me until Thursday!)

Scott

GG... Do you know a recreation area called Kelso(sp)? When I visited relatives in Toronto, long ago, we had a blast canoeing there.

No Scott I don't.
Halton Region is 2hrs South West of me.
And no I don't know your relatives , sorry.

Contrary to popular belief we Canadians don't all know each other, actually a pretty big space. Actually more than the US with about 1/10 as many people.
Maybe another stereotype that applies better to you guy's

Scott, Nice build thread, well done!

Can you please post your HC3 SC Tail and Rigid pages so I can compare to mine?

Danny (F1Rocket has been helping me dial in the Rigid settings but having a tough time getting the heli to tick tock well and my tail gain is way low, like 44.

Many thanks, Ray

Hey Ray,

Unfortunately, I'm using only an AR7200BX with mine so I have no information on those controllers.

I don't have any experience with that gyro but I did find with the mks8920a I can get full travel on the 8mm hole of the servo arm.If your using 12mm that is alot if mechanical gain.Hope that helps !

Just wanted to pop in and say Kudos to Scott on a very nicely detailed build thread. Being a die-hard flybar guy myself, I will never buy a FBL helicopter, but, being a close friend of Scott's I enjoyed following along with his build.

Great job Scott. For your next project, outfit one of these with a FB head for me.
