That was really good. Nothing much to say about problems you are on track. Work on the second half too so you can practice both halves equally. After doing the first half, pull back - give left rudder - then push forward.

Good job!

Looking good...

I've got the 'forward, rudder 180, back, back, rudder 180, forward' process of the half flip, but have major issues trying to 360 the rudder for a full piro flip. When you go 360 on the rudder for the first half, are you pushing back or pulling up to wind up inverted nose in? (or both consecutively maybe?)

I wouldn't recommend shortcutting a 360 degree piro by breaking it down into separate stick movements. It's uneventful anyways as it would translate into:

push forward
rotate 360
push forward

IMHO you should be proficient at smooth half flips that integrate the half stir before moving on to full (360 degree piro) flips.

To correctly do a 360 piro flip you will start by pushing forward and do a full stir on the stick. At the time the half of a forward flip is done the heli has spun 360 degrees and will end inverted nose in. If my explanations aren't that clear watch the video and fast forward to the "full flips" section.

Yeah I watched the sticks this time on the video and it makes much more sense...basically just making a full circle rotation w/the cyclic and ending up nose in.
