Default Battery Tray System - Interesting

Anyone seen this (or more importantly, tried it)? Looks pretty interesting as the current battery mounting solution seems a bit primitive.

About $50

It was $80 for the kit with 4 battery plates including shipping to sweden.

i have it and i love it.

it has a very good quality and no more fiddling with the batteries and the strips. just slide the battery in and go. this is for sure the best upgrade for the warp one can get.

The kit arrived today and was installed in a couple of minutes. I used double sided tape and shrink tube to mount the batteries to the trays, and there is no way it's going to come loose. I have yet not flied with it, but I can't see that it will fail on me.

It survived 4 crashes and one inverted landing today!
In other words, it passed my quality control...;-)

Did you guys take the Velcro you were originally using off the plastic "chin" piece?

My trays are barely sliding in? I was hoping to leave the velcro on for the occasional 2600mAh flight..but I suppose I can choose my battles more carefully.

I left the velcro on the battery tray and took the velcro off my batteries. Being able to slide the batteries in and out is great. I have 6 batteries with trays which works out perfect.
