Running 6S 13T with 14 +/- and about 8 cyclic I think. Flying the way I fly mine it feels the same to me with some minor exceptions.

Default Phoenix T500 Red Variant

Hi guys! I saw someone fly a T-Rex 500 Red canopy variant model in a session today and was referred to HF site when I asked where he got his but couldn't find it here. I checked the Phoenix website but couldn't find it either except the original yellow canopy. Can anyone point to the thread or link here where I can find & download it fast? Thanks in advance...

Thumbs up

Thanks a lot devindh and seaky for the quick response...and being helpfully proactive as usual ;-) I'll check these files out. Of course, Hail to HF! Long live and prosper

In my post there is a black windscreen edition link there. Does not work?

edit:
I've checked the link and it has worked for me:

We now have 2 variations for the Augusta A109.
One is a 'grey' scheme - was aiming at an Airwolf look...

And the other is a blue scheme, this is based on a Bell222 HeliArtist fuselage I am currently building.
I have requested the Bell222 with Phoenix, but in the mean time, thought this would be good to practise on, and it has retracting landing gear.

Download the grey one http://www.drewstrials.btinternet.co...ta109_grey.zip

And the blue one...

Download from here - http://www.drewstrials.btinternet.co...ta109_blue.zip

I have to say many many many thanks to "seaky" for his fine work in getting this in Phoenix as a new model, rather than replacement for the existing one.

"seaky" you are a genius.... and many thanks for your work.

To use these, extract to:
C:\<PhoenixRC install>\resources\objects\aircraft\helicopters\sc ale\

hmm still can't get the one with the black windshield to work. I notice the download has a subdirectory before the files ex: \Trex500_red_black\trex500_red\<files>

The <files> appear to be the same as the trex500_red

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

thanks

Any chance someone can create this TREX 450 variant for me? I've tried but just looked like crap. If someone is willing and able I would greatly appreciate it!
